1 cup beans
2 carrots
Some celery
1 onion
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon tomato paste
In a kettle put the beans in warm water and let set for a whole night
The next morning boil them for about 20 minutes
Throw the first water and put fresh water bring to a boil
Add the carrots sliced the onion chopped and the celery
And the olive oil
Let them boil all together in till beans are soft
Then put salt and pepper and tomato paste
Let it boil for a couple of minutes
And there you go
Cheap food that is healthy and you don’t need to stay on top of food to watch it
